- We ship to Canada, USA and Internationally.
- Flat shipping fee for Canada and USA is 12 CAD.
- International AIR shipments are calculated by weight.
- International SURFACE shipping is 12 CAD. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
- Delivery time to all destinations by AIR is 6-10 working days.

- All products must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Credit will be issued upon receipt of returned product.
Before Ordering
Restmans installation:
- Check the maximum attachment dimensions of our products to make sure they fit the desk or chair armrest.
- Because some computer desks are made with thin glass or sheet metal, we do not recommend installing our armrests on them as they may not withstand the stress.
Ergonomic tips:
- Take regular breaks during prolonged computer use even if you are not using our armrests. This helps to promote blood circulation and relieves stiff muscles.
- While using any of our Restmans Arm Supports, do not lean excessively on them. They are a support to help spread out the weight of your arm from a small area to a much bigger one. Leaning on them heavily cancels out their purpose by applying pressure and constricting the blood flow.
- Keep your arm-elbow at least 90 degrees, not less. Some computer users tend to bring their face close to the screen. This minimizes this angle and this is not good for either your arm, back and the eyes. If you cannot see the screen properly, try adjusting the size of the font or change the screen resolution. This will make it more comfortable for viewing as you will sit straighter and be in a more relaxed position.
